How to remove dark circles

Dark circles not only look bad, but it crushes confidence as well. The worst thing about getting this dark circle is you look older than your real age if your skin is dark under your eyes and there is a page beneath your eyes. Here we will discuss some tips and remedies to get rid of this problem.

Iron deficiency

One of the biggest causes of dark circles is anemia or iron deficiency. Take iron-rich foods in high quantities like dark green leafy vegetables, raisins, and apricots. Iron in supplements is also beneficial and can be taken regularly. 

Take collagen-rich food

Collagen increases our skin elasticity. Bone broth, chicken, egg white, and beans are rich in college. Incorporate these foods into your diet to make your skin smooth and dark circles free. 

Cucumber juice

Cucumber juice works like magic for dark circles. Put cucumber juice in the efrigeratitore for 10 minutes and then soak cotton pads in this juice. Keep these soaked cotton pads on your eyes for 20 minutes. 

Apply sunscreen

Must apply sunscreen before going out in the sun. Sun damages our skin, resulting in pigmentation, skin discoloration, and dark circles. Sunscreen stops ultraviolet rays from penetrating the skin.

Pillows

Sleep with two pillows under your head since it prevents fluid from accumulating in your eyelids, which is the biggest reason for puffiness. Change your pillows regularly to prevent many skin diseases. 

Remedy for dark circles

½ Tomato (peeled)

One & Half Cucumber 

½ Potato (peeled)

1 tablespoon of Lemon juice

One tablespoon Honey 

One tablespoon of aloe vera juice or gel

Method

Take a tomato, cucumber, and potato. Prepare them in a blender and run the blender at high speech. Then strain this mixture into a strainer. Separate the juice and add honey, lemon juice, and aloe vera gel. Now soak cotton pads in this mixture and keep them under your eyes for 15 minutes. Repeat this remedy for 15 days to see visible changes. 

Medication

There are several creams available in the market to treat dark circles. Avoid the application of harsh creams or lotions under the eyes because this area is too sensitive, and such creams can damage the skin. You can also consult a  dermatologist to get different treatments and lasers to avoid circles and eye bags.

So these are some tips and remedies to help you get rid of dark circles. You can use these remedies to make your skin smooth and shiny. Besides these remedies, take proper care of your diet and drink plenty of water daily. Deep breathing exercises are also very helpful in making our skin flawless and pigmentation free.
